This particular watch has a good quality stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The Tacy was a combination of the names Tavannes and Cyma. military, featuring a 21 jewel railroad grade movement. The Model 4992b was in a 16 size case, with a black dial. The Model 23 was a 16 size chronograph pocket watch.
